ABOUT THE TEACHER
PROFESSIONAL BIO
Resli Bagaygay received his Master of Music in Piano Performance from the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at California State University Long Beach, where he studied with Craig Richey. Here, he won multiple scholarships, received certificates of excellence in keyboard studies, and was winner of the instrumental concerto competition. His past teachers include Ardes Abad and his late godmother, Helen Grace. He is highly sought after as a collaborative pianist; working with instrumentalists of all levels for auditions, juries, masterclasses, recitals, and recordings. He has accompanied students for numerous organizations including SCSBOA, MTAC, CAPMT, SYMF, ASTA, JCM, to name a few. Resli also served as Accompanist/Co-Director/Choir Director at Holy Family Catholic Church.
